For non DOGSO offences, this red card was for a DOGSO offence with no genuine attempt to play the ball.
Non deliberate handballs that are classed as DOGSO would be a caution only, deliberate would be a sending off offence.
*DOGSO - Denying a goal or an obvious goal-scoring opportunity

I'll text the ref and ask him - I didn't see that incident as I've said before on here
And in this context "more qualified" refers to the PGMOL and The FA. I'm sure it'll be on Ref Watch on Monday on Sky Sports News.
