City made themselves mathematically safe with a superb win at Worcester City.

A tidy finish from Femi Orenuga after Tyler Weir, who'd joined the wrong club had been turned inside out was equalised when Mike Green grabbed Symo for a soft penalty but a correct decision.

The winner was superb, not only for the touch of arrogance from Harry Williams in the celebration but for the most hopeless bit of ball watching from the Worcester defender who may or may not be Troy Deeney's brother. I can't be assed to google it.

What a night that was....and not a pie in sight...

And if the Worcester defender was Ellis then it is Troy's brother

That was a great game and reminds me of the ridiculous hoodoo we had over Worcester, one of the highlights of our time at Whaddon

It’s not very often two teams play each other whilst both in exile . We certainly did have a good run of results against them. Was that Paul White in goal for us.

Yes it was Paul White. A great character who was appreciative to us when we travelled to Kettering last month (which feels a dame site more right now)

So many players and managers, even  that come in on loan seem to get attached to City and
continue to follow us after they have left,I think it’s one of the main reasons we have stayed at this level for so many years,it was good to see so many players and the manager supporting
Ray Tango yesterday.
