Well it was first sighting of City this preseason and what did I discover ?
Leadbetter a class act, Vinny clearly played unfit, Leon Clarke I was a, surprised to see him and b, he could do something for us.
Our goalkeeper made several Hollywood saves, mishmash changes made for a difficult second half.
We have played x amount of friendlies and the physios table looks fully booked.no O’Sullivan, Mensah, James, King and we haven’t started the season!
Early days it will give PG a bit of a headache to finally name a squad and his first eleven.
Decent crowd for a PSF, it’s great to be home.

My first game in forever so I've no particular view on the performance though having watched Danny many times it was no surprise to see him play well. He is an exciting player, very quick and carries a real threat in attack.  While the game was a bit of a curate's egg, the experience of the new ground with a bigger crowd  was a good one even if it was a bit quiet as tends to be the case with pre season the world over.  Listening to folk around the ground I sensed there were a few experiencing the ground for the first time which hopefully is a positive sign.  Parking at Castlemeads worked ok though Ray Tango's reply to my earlier post suggesting the bus is a good one that we'll try next time I think.  There is though something special about listening to Sports Report on the radio on the way back from a match.

It did occur to me today how much the world has changed since the old ground hosted it's last fixture. I paid for my parking on line, my match ticket was on my phone and my shop purchase was done by tapping the card onto a machine.  Twas not like that back then for sure.

Probably not allowed fit the NLN - BT would probably own the rights to any footage & it would be embargoed.

Those weren't my videos, even though my camera has wifi I don't know how to get the clips off of it straight away. It's a shame because the quality is much better that what I've seen on there.

Yeah, so this is an odd one.

Myself and Chris Palmer filmed them for the Coventry game and then Matteo was there yesterday so we asked him to send them across so I could download it onto the scoreboard. It's little things like this I want to do to improve the experience, so glad you enjoyed it.

When it comes to league matches we need to read up on it and find out. I have a feeling that because it is within the ground we're fine to post highlights of the first half within the ground, just like we're allowed to show the game live on TV's at the ground.

Perhaps Brandman would be able to help us here?

Based on yesterday's performance that surprises me, but then it's the first time I've seen him play so probably shouldn't judge him on 45mins of pre season football.
