Gloucester City Mission is delighted to have partnered with the club to run a Sleepout on The T End on Friday 8th October to raise awareness about rough sleeping but also to funds to support our work with the homeless and vulnerable in the city as well as raising funds for the Supporters Club. All money raised will be split 50/50 between the club and our work. We are incredibly grateful to Alex and Claire for their support in getting this event set up.

The event will be part of GCM's Big City Sleepout event on the weekend of 8th-11th October. This weekend marks world Homeless Day on 10th October.

If you would like to participate you can sign up now on our Eventbrite page  or to find out more info please visit the Big City Sleepout page on our GCM website

Gloucester City Mission has been supporting clients in the city since 2003 and is a registered charity (1115780).

Please sign up for this to make it a really successful event. There is a registration fee of £10  which will be split between the club and us and it is hoped that participants can aim to raise a minimum of £100 each.

The event will run from 9pm on Friday 8th Oct through to 7am on Saturday 9th Oct

Great idea, I have friends that have been taking part in one at Huddersfield’s stadium for the last few years. We’ll have to learn some lullabies to replace the usual songs. :o)

Lullabies will be better than all
the snoring! Great to hear positive thoughts. ?

Wonderful idea. As it happens I am already sleeping out at the cathedral that night as part of a similar event so cannot join you but happy to contribute once the sponsorship forms are out.

We have had our first few sign ups so thank you. It would be amazing if more people could register though so that it becomes a big event.
There are over 100 people signed up to sleep at Cathedral and last time we had a sleepout at Kingsholm Stadium we had 55 people sleeping in The Shed.
This is a great chance to raise some money for the club and to support the Winter Shelter we run for rough sleepers between Dec 1st and Mar 31st.
There will be more information at the game on Saturday.
