I used to think the service was poor, and it’s not great but Danny King doesn’t seem to have a problem with it.

Clearly though McClure’s confidence is completely gone, maybe the style under Rowe and with Asante suited him better.

Ditch the 4-3-3, Mike Bassett had the right answer.

I’m not sure MMcC’s confidence is gone, I think he’s being more closely marked & in greater numbers; against Longlevens most of his efforts were blocked by defenders almost as he got a shot away. I think it’s his hair, he needs to get it chopped. Bernard for me is going to add a new dimension, he will be champing at the bit to get involved in goals again after being out for so long.

Can we really judge King after one game against a team three divisions lower? Don’t get me wrong he’s  had a superb start, but we need to see what he’s capable of across a full season against NLN opposition. Before Longlevens he had one goal against York and I don’t recall too many other chances because like McClure he’s not getting the service either.

Definitely got a lot of goals from playing with a big target man,now were asking him to be a poacher and create/hold ball up.Last season we didn't have amazing tactics but we used to suffocate teams( how many time we went 1 or 2 nil up in the first 15 mins?
It was a diagonal ball to Carline or directly to Asante and the corner routine with the Daly flick on,how many goals did we get from that( 3 points at Hereford alone)Add to the fact we were mostly giants/hardened non league players it was always going to get results.
I would like us to go back to 5-3-2 (when defending) and 3-5-2 attacking using the wing backs, Jordon Young could do that on the left.

Going to state the obvious here but we had a much better team last season who actually created chances so no wonder McClure scored loads.

I thought periscope had closed down??

No excuses today, we have quality players available. It's up to them how they play on the day.
