That's reassuring. Brackley fail at the last hurdle again. Life goes on.

I think he was listed as released because he was there on loan from Banbury. I wouldn't be surprised to see them offer him something permanent.

I know we are not in the National League North now. Out of interest, had a look at the teams that have gone into it, for the 2024/25 season.
Kidderminster Harriers have dropped into this division, managed by ex Hull City manager, Phil Brown. Oxford City have also gone into this league.
A new team for this league, is Marine. The team from Merseyside, played Tottenham Hotspur in an FA Cup 3rd Rd tie, at Marine. This was during COVID, the game was played behind closed doors. Jose Mourinho, Harry Kane, etc arrived at the ground, where residents back gardens ran along the side of the ground, divided by a fence. The fence had the house numbers of the properties on it, so if a ball went into a back garden, they knew which house number to go to. Believe that during the FA Cup tie, a resident had a cardboard cut out of Jurgen Klopp attached on the fence.
The ground since then, looks as if it has been upgraded.
Andrew Adebowale, Hannah, Hoskins, Kirkup, Mainwaring, Tucker, Wollen.

I think Radcliffe are worth keeping an eye on. They’re managed by the ex-Chester bosses and play some very attractive, attacking football.
I think they’ll surprise a few this season.
