Stamp Out Racism
#1

I, too, heard it today.

I've heard it at Football League games... and I HAVE seen it stamped out!

The people around this person must show that it is unacceptable and isolate this individual - don't join in thinking it's banter, it's not.

It was a solitary voice initially today, a few may have joined in momentarily - but now it ends. It must.

We're better than this.

To whoever started the 'Give me a C, I, T, Y,' chant, more than once during the game, I doff my cap.  Wink

I can assure you it’s being dealt with appropriately

At least a couple of people had a word with this person and he carried on regardless. Good to hear swift action is to be taken.

Thats good to hear - not necessary in any walks of life let alone a football match. Not welcome at any home games I would suggest.

The two other teams I support other than Gloucester City  Sad

That being said, in the case of Leeds it was allegedly a single fan out of 36k who was then referred to the stewards by other Leeds fans who got him removed.
