Surely hybrid means just that if 60% are say full time then they train as now with some modification to accommodate the part timers who train say Tues and Thur evening, this may lose the odd one or two unprepared to travel evenings but having to release or pay off players is the last thing AP/EM want.
Cutting the budget seems sensible though as this season hasn't been cost effective or needed in hindsight of course!

Basically half a team then with Mensah out on loan he could be an end of season leaver.

But that is what is needed so hopefully we can get a better team because we are miles off being a team capable of competing at the right end of the table.

Good chance Gerring will stay as he seems quite happy and didn't really want F/T football so that would be a good permanent addition.
