Just out of interest - I spent just shy of £700 with John Lewis at the beginning of February via Easyfundraising, and am still waiting for the donation to be made. I've contacted Efr who've accepted my claim, but say that J.Lewis have 75 (yes 75!) days to respond. I think they're hoping I'll go away and forget about it, but I won't...

J.Lewis have always been very prompt in the past - so very surprised at current situation.

They have been issuing profit warnings for a while now, the current situation won’t be helping - probably delaying until next financial year.
Ah yes, good point, we'll see...

Just checked our account and nothing showing yet but there are other transactions from John Lewis that have been paid in the past

Yeah, I'll keep an eye on it and will chase it up in a months time if nothing heard by then. Also Efr state they'll make a 'goodwill payment' if JL continue to refuse to pay.

I'm sure I followed the correct buying procedure at the time cos the wife was looking over my shoulder.....
