If we don’t benefit from this financialy it wouldn’t be the end of the world if we got knocked out,if it was to hinder our chances in the league.

So that's why teams have been bringing games forward to the 5th!

I would imagine teams want to start playing again asap even though they will have only had one training session.

Hopefully we can have a run in this for a change especially as we have such a good squad. Given we have already got through a good % of league games compared to most of our rivals it shouldn't harm things too much. I can't imagine Boston or York want an FA Trophy run for example.

We have a good squad but a small squad, Not sure but I’d yellow cards are also counted from the fa trophy could cost us a few more suspensions.
As much as we all have great memories of 96 we didn’t achieve anything,I’m sure that the fa trophy run cost us promotion.

Was a blessing in disguise though as I'm also sure we would have gone bust had we gone up that season. This season unless we get snow or Covid we wont lose any home games. There wont be any replays so it is just a one off game as well. I think we are a side who are going to pick up suspensions whatever happens. Here is the prize money from the round we enter onwards. Even if we only win one game that is £5k.

Second round: Winners receive £3750, losers receive £1000
Third round: Winners receive £4500, losers receive £1250
Fourth round: Winners receive £5250, losers receive £1500
Fifth round: Winners receive £6000, losers receive £1750
Quarter Final: Winners receive £7500, losers receive £2000
Semi-Final: Winners receive £15,000, losers receive £5000
Final runners-up: £30,000
Final winners: £60,000

With no replays it’s worth giving it ago seeing those numbers.
