No! The semis were delayed to September since when there's been a deafening silence. Suppose it's conceivable it might be played alongside this seasons final, assuming that's ever arranged.

Havant have now pulled out of continuing the season. Got to say it’s looking less likely to happen now with 2 teams dropping out

The relegation issue from Step 1 has also yet to be ratified by the FA Council, so the 25 club line is a misnomer.

Somehow can't see promotion from step 2 without some relegation from step 1, doesn't add up unless only one club goes up to make it back up to 24 clubs.
