Hulbert

To be perfectly honest it would be so wrong if he were to be here after January 2nd, after all, what does that say to players who are sent out on loan, excel themselves and then still aren't considered for a start by their parent clubs?

It would even be an insult to him if he were to go back just to sit on the bench.

It may be wrong but we can but hope!
Problem is with McClure out for a good while and the bench players not cutting it we need goals apart from Ollie.

Hulbert's goals are lifting us up the table. If we want to continue to go up rather than exit this league the wrong way, we will need a striker of his calibre. No disrespect to any of our players out on loan - LM would know as, when, and if they're good enough. But there's no point in having players on the pitch, even if they put in a personalĀ 100%, if they can't help to push us up to the next level. Hulbert is proven at our level - would be interesting to see how he'd do for Bristol Rovers. We can only thank him and wish him well.

Players end up staying longer on loan all the time though. Depends if Rovers have plans to start him or not and they might think it better he spends the rest of the season with us to get some more experience especially given how well he is doing. Scoring in the NLN is very different from League 2 though.

maybe thought he was back at Bristol Rovers watching Joey Barton
